Construction quality is generally good, but EV charger demand here is the highest of any area we serve. New Tesla, Rivian, and Ford F-150 Lightning owners in communities like Fox Wood and Heritage Springs need dedicated 240V circuits. We install and permit them through Pasco County.
Some of the earlier Trinity homes (2000–2005) are now at the 20-year mark — the age when original panels and breakers start showing wear. We see nuisance tripping, warm breakers, and failing AFCI protection in homes from that era. An inspection will tell you where you stand.
All permits go through Pasco County Development Services. Duke Energy Florida is the utility for Trinity. For service upgrades, Duke coordinates the meter.
