After fighting with Whirlpool and their subcontractor for almost 3 weeks (cancelled appts, no shows, no communication) I got fed up and called Tony at Appliance Fixer. NOTE* I am still under warranty with my refrigerator, but he was worth the call. I called Tony and he was able to come out the next day...showed up at the time he said and was able to fix my ice maker in about 30 minutes or less. He is very knowledgable and explains the issues to you and how to help prevent issues. We have used Tony at Appliance Fixer several times and I always refer him to anyone that may need his assistance. We HIGHLY recommend Tony at Appliance Fixer!!!
