We made an appointment at my convenience , he was on time, polite, knew what the problem was almost immediately, service performed and dryer running great!”

“I called and they were able to come out the same day. The problem was diagnosed right away. He asked if I had another fridge I could put the food in so the fridge could defrost overnight. I said I did not but knew people who had room and coolers I could use. He said to not do that. They would come the next day with equipment that could defrost the fridge quickly. They came at the time they said they would both days. They were professional and considerate of my time.”

“About a year ago my dryer went out, and Tony was quick to respond and at my house the very next day. He was so pleasant to talk to and incredibly thorough in explaining what happened and how he was going to fix it. I had such a great experience the first time that I knew exactly who to call when my oven’s heating element needed replacing this year. Once again, Tony did an excellent job! He took his time to answer all my questions and even shared helpful tips about my other appliances. He’s clearly very knowledgeable across the board. 10/10 highly recommend Tony for any appliance repair!”
