What a great service! Got the number from the store I bought my Appliance from. Called Tony, left a message and got a call back the same day,. We made an appointment at my convenience , he was on time, polite, knew what the problem was almost immediately, service performed and dryer running great!

I called and they were able to come out the same day. The problem was diagnosed right away. He asked if I had another fridge I could put the food in so the fridge could defrost overnight. I said I did not but knew people who had room and coolers I could use. He said to not do that. They would come the next day with equipment that could defrost the fridge quickly. They came at the time they said they would both days. They were professional and considerate of my time.

Washer repair in Tampa Bay starts with a specific symptom: won't spin, won't drain, won't start, making noise, or leaking. Each points to a different set of components. We diagnose first, then quote.

Won't drain: drain pump failure or a clogged drain hose. On front-loaders, check the coin trap filter first — a blocked filter causes the drain pump to fail prematurely, and the filter is a two-minute DIY fix once you know it's there. Won't spin: drive belt failure on belt-drive models, motor coupling on direct-drive top-loaders, lid switch failure (top-loaders), door latch failure (front-loaders). Won't start: lid switch, door latch, or control board.

Front-load washers in Tampa Bay fail most often on the bearing or suspension rods. Bearing failure is a loud, progressive grinding roar during the spin cycle — it gets worse over months. Suspension rod failure causes the drum to bang against the cabinet during spin.

For Samsung suspension rods: the OEM set runs $420 for four. We use an aftermarket set at $45 that's physically heavier built — thicker shaft, thicker spring, rubber sleeve on the spring. A customer had already installed the OEM set. Same banging came back. The aftermarket set went in. No callback since.

We work on all major brands: Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Frigidaire. Front-load and top-load. The $89 diagnostic applies toward the repair. Twelve-month warranty on parts and labor.

When You Need It /

Signs You Need Washer Repair

Washer Won't Spin

Drive belt, motor coupling, lid switch (top-loaders), or door latch (front-loaders). A washer that fills and drains but doesn't spin is almost always one of these four. We test each in the diagnostic.

Washer Won't Drain

Drain pump failure or a clogged hose. On front-loaders, the coin trap filter at the front lower panel is worth checking first — a clogged filter is a DIY fix. If the filter is clear and it still won't drain, the pump is the issue.

Loud Noise During the Spin Cycle

Front-loaders: worn suspension rods (banging) or failed bearings (grinding roar). Top-loaders: worn shock absorbers or drum support pads. A banging that started recently is usually suspension. A grinding that's been building for months is usually bearings.

Washer Won't Start

Lid switch failure on top-loaders is the most common cause. Door latch failure on front-loaders is second. Both prevent the machine from starting as a safety measure. Control board failure is less common.

Washer Is Leaking Water

Front-loaders: door gasket or drain pump seal. Top-loaders: water inlet valve or the pump. We identify the source before recommending a repair — not all leaks are the same fix.

The Process /

What to Expect

01

Diagnostic — $89

02

We tell you the failed part and the cost to repair it. The $89 diagnostic applies toward the repair.

03

Repair

Most washer repairs are completed same visit. Drain pumps, lid switches, door latches, belts, and suspension rods are parts we carry. Bearing replacements are completed same day when the bearing is in stock.

We run a full wash cycle through spin to verify the repair. We stay until the machine has completed at least one full spin cycle without issue.

FAQ /

Frequently Asked Questions

Why won't my washing machine spin?

Four likely causes: drive belt failure, motor coupling failure, lid switch (top-loaders), or door latch (front-loaders). A washer that fills and drains normally but doesn't spin or agitate is almost always one of these.

Is it worth repairing a washer?

For units under ten years old, most repairs are worth doing. A $200 repair on a seven-year-old front-loader beats a $700–$900 replacement. For older units with bearing failure, we'll give you both numbers — repair cost and replacement cost.

Why is my front-load washer making a loud noise during spin?

A grinding or roaring noise that gets louder over months is bearing failure. A banging noise where the drum contacts the cabinet is worn suspension rods. Both are repairable — bearings are a larger job, suspension rods are not.

Do you work on Samsung front-load washers?

Yes. Samsung is one of the most common brands we service in Tampa Bay. We stock the parts that fail most often on Samsung front-loaders — drain pumps, suspension rods, door latches, and control boards.
