Read moreCommercial electrical work in Tampa Bay requires a licensed contractor — Florida law, no exceptions. We work with small businesses, offices, restaurants, retail spaces, and light industrial facilities in Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties. License ER-13016759 covers all commercial electrical work in all three counties.
Common commercial jobs: panel upgrades for added equipment loads, dedicated circuits for commercial kitchen equipment, outdoor parking lot lighting, data and server room wiring, and code-compliance work for permit inspections or lease renewals.
For restaurants and commercial kitchens, every piece of equipment needs its own dedicated circuit — the hood, the commercial oven, the refrigeration units. We assess the panel capacity and the circuit layout during the diagnostic visit and give you a written quote before any work starts.
We pull all permits and coordinate inspections. When work needs to happen after hours to avoid disrupting operations, we schedule it. We've done early-morning panel work at restaurants so the kitchen stays operational through lunch service.
The $89 diagnostic fee applies toward the job.

When You Need It /
Signs You Need Commercial Electrical
You're Opening a New Business
A new tenant space may not have the electrical infrastructure for your equipment. We assess what's there, identify what needs to be added or upgraded, and give you a scope of work — before you sign a lease or after.
Your Equipment Keeps Tripping Breakers
Commercial equipment draws more current at startup than the nameplate rating suggests. If a piece of equipment consistently trips a breaker, the circuit is undersized for the actual load. We add a dedicated circuit at the correct rating.
Your Lease Renewal Requires a Code Inspection
Some landlords and some counties require a code-compliant electrical inspection as a condition of lease renewal. We identify violations and repair them before the inspection date.
You Need Outdoor Parking Lot Lighting
Parking lot lighting requires weatherproof fixtures, proper conduit, and circuits rated for the load. We design and install systems for small to mid-size commercial parking areas.
You're Renovating or Expanding
Adding square footage or equipment to an existing commercial space requires panel capacity assessment first. We determine whether the existing panel supports the new load or whether an upgrade is needed before any renovation begins.
