What a great service! Got the number from the store I bought my Appliance from. Called Tony, left a message and got a call back the same day,. We made an appointment at my convenience , he was on time, polite, knew what the problem was almost immediately, service performed and dryer running great!

I called and they were able to come out the same day. The problem was diagnosed right away. He asked if I had another fridge I could put the food in so the fridge could defrost overnight. I said I did not but knew people who had room and coolers I could use. He said to not do that. They would come the next day with equipment that could defrost the fridge quickly. They came at the time they said they would both days. They were professional and considerate of my time.

Outlet repair in Tampa Bay is usually a half-hour job — once you find the actual cause. A dead outlet is almost never just the outlet. It's a tripped GFCI somewhere upstream, a loose wire at the back of the device, or a failed breaker. We diagnose first, quote, then fix.

GFCI outlets protect circuits in kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and outdoors. One tripped or failed GFCI can kill several outlets that don't look related and aren't even in the same room. We trace the circuit and replace what's bad. The $89 diagnostic covers the whole circuit, not just the one outlet you called about.

Arc-fault circuit interrupters (AFCIs) are required in most living areas by current Florida building code. An AFCI breaker that's tripping could mean it caught a real wiring problem — a loose wire, a damaged cord, a wiring fault — or it could mean the breaker itself has failed. We test both. Don't just reset an AFCI that keeps tripping.

Most outlet and switch repairs are done in one visit. We carry GFCI outlets, AFCI breakers, standard outlets, and switches on the truck. GFCI outlets have a mechanical trip mechanism that wears out in ten to fifteen years. If your home was built or renovated around 2010 or earlier, they're near the end of their service life regardless of whether they've tripped yet.

We serve Keystone and the surrounding Hillsborough County area. Call (727) 222-9892 for same-day service.

FAQ /

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are multiple outlets dead when only one stopped working?

GFCI outlets protect downstream devices on the same circuit. One failed GFCI can kill several outlets in different rooms — outlets that may not be labeled together on the breaker panel. We trace the circuit and find it.

Can I replace an outlet myself in Florida?

Homeowners can do certain repairs on their own homes in Florida. Practically, wiring errors in outlets cause fires. We do it right and back the work with a warranty.

What is an arc-fault breaker and why does it keep tripping?

AFCI breakers detect the electrical signature of a loose wire or damaged cord — both of which can start fires. If it keeps tripping, it either caught a real problem on the circuit or the breaker itself has failed. Don't just reset it.

How long do GFCI outlets last?

Ten to fifteen years. The mechanical trip mechanism wears out. If your home was built or renovated around 2010 or earlier and nobody has replaced the GFCIs, they're near the end of their service life.
