Walk-In Cooler Temperature Rising
Walk-in failures are typically the condensing unit, the evaporator fan, or a refrigerant leak. We assess the condensing unit before recommending any repair — compressor replacement on a twenty-year-old walk-in needs to be weighed against equipment value.
Commercial Dishwasher Not Draining or Not Cleaning
Commercial dishwashers fail most often on the drain pump or the wash pump. Both are straightforward replacements. We work on Hobart and most common commercial brands.
Commercial Range Burner Not Lighting
Same repair as residential — igniter or gas valve. On a commercial range, the igniter is a heavier component and the gas valve handles a higher BTU output. Both are serviceable.

What the repair itself costs depends on the appliance — the model, which part failed, whether that part is on the truck or ordered, and how much work it takes to reach it. Nobody can price that honestly over the phone. You get the exact number in writing before we start, and if the repair is not worth doing we tell you that instead.
